What is Blockchain Art-Hackathon?
It is an environment where the open-minded artists and the blockchain enthusiasts can meet each other and jointly discuss issues and challenges that new blockchain-based technologies present to us. We have combined well known by IT-people format of hackathon with collective innovative work of various artists on creating art objects reflecting the essence of blockchain-technologies and its impact on people`s lives. Art-Hackathon will result in an exhibition to be held in Technology Companies` Development Center in Kiev and other cities with the support of Bitcoin community.

What is Blockchain?
The Technology Companies' Development Center (TCDC) is a joint project of Vasyl Khmelnytsky's K.Fund and IT company ΒlackBox Capital, which is designed to support product development hi-tech companies. Comprehensive infrastructure solutions, which have specifically been created for facilitating the growth of business have been developed for small- and medium-sized IT and technology projects.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the conditions of participation for the artists?
The number of participants is limited. Please submit the application form before August 25. Representatives of the organizing committee will contact you before September 15 to discuss all organizational matters. For non-resident guests 4-nights accommodation in Kiev and meals during the events will be provided. Upon finishing the Art-Hackathon, a catalog of art works will be published. All artists will receive compensation, the amount of which will be discussed with the organizers in advance.
Who will have property rights to the art objects created?
All art objects remain in the ownership of the organizers and will be shown on exhibitions at their discretion, its also can be sold, donated or destroyed.
Who can participate in Blockchain Art-Hackathon?
Artists, digital artists, graphic artists and sculptors whose minds and hearts are open for new knowledges.
